Vintage Small Gold Plated Pendant, Opal and Birthstones

This pendant is very small at a little less than 1 inch long by ½ inch wide.

It has an oval, curved design with an opal set on the top portion.

Below the opal are what I think are birthstones of tiny ruby, emerald and sapphire colors.

The top has a necklace loop. It is in very good condition.
